The marketplace
topnoch.com provides a platform for listing, browsing, buying, leasing, and selling domain names. We are not the owner of listed domains unless explicitly stated. Sellers represent that they have the right to transfer or lease the domains they list.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraud, spam, or abusive behaviour.
Listings & transactions
- Sellers set prices, offer terms, lease options, and payment methods for their listings.
- Buy Now purchases and lease arrangements are processed through approved payment providers (e.g. Stripe). Escrow transactions may be handled via Escrow.com when selected.
- Offers are non-binding until accepted by the seller. We facilitate communication but are not a party to private negotiations unless stated otherwise.
- Domain transfer is the seller's responsibility after payment; buyers should verify WHOIS and transfer status promptly.
Fees
We may charge platform fees, commissions, or subscription fees as disclosed at checkout or in seller agreements. Third-party payment processors and escrow providers may charge separate fees.
Prohibited conduct
- Listing domains you do not have authority to sell or lease.
- False, misleading, or infringing listings or marketing content.
- Scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to circumvent security or rate limits.
- Using the platform for unlawful purposes or to harass other users.
Intellectual property
The topnoch.com brand, site design, and platform software are owned by topnotch media, inc. Listing content remains the responsibility of sellers. You grant us a licence to display listing content for marketplace purposes.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee domain availability, transfer success, traffic estimates, or valuation. You use the marketplace at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, topnotch media, inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
